Reading and searching
Article search filters the article catalogue in your browser. External source links open other websites, which have their own privacy practices. Hosting and site access are handled by the hosting service.
The Promptwire Brief in this edition is an on-site reading list. It does not collect a newsletter subscription.
Analytics and session insights
Promptwire uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions, and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage through features such as heatmaps and session recordings. These services may use cookies and collect device, browser and interaction information according to their settings and privacy terms.
Read Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Microsoft’s privacy statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Browser privacy controls and tracking blockers may limit collection. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in submission forms.
Get featured submissions
When you submit Get featured, the form sends your name, email, company, story, selected coverage type and any optional phone number or website through FormSubmit to our editorial team. These details are used to review the pitch and respond.
Save a copy downloads a text version of the draft to your device; that action alone does not send the pitch. A successful online submission is confirmed in the form. Avoid sending confidential material that is unnecessary to explain the proposed story.
Correction reports
When you use Send a correction on an article, the form sends your name, email, correction details and optional supporting link through FormSubmit to our editorial team. The article title and canonical URL are included automatically. We use these details to review the report and contact you if clarification is needed.
The form confirms when the submission service accepts your report. If a submission cannot be confirmed, your entered details remain in the form so you can retry.
Third-party processing and contact
FormSubmit processes submissions under its own privacy policy, linked below. For questions about a submission or a request to remove your submitted details, use Get featured and identify the relevant pitch or correction report.
This page describes the site’s current submission flow. It is updated when that flow materially changes.
